What we collect

We do not sell your data and we do not use your workspace content to train models.

Who processes it

Infrastructure: the servers on which your workspace runs (our data-centre provider).
Email: our transactional email provider, used to send credentials, invoices and notices.
Model providers: prompts you send to an agent are forwarded to the model provider configured for your workspace (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek or a local model). Their handling is governed by their terms; if you select a local model, no data leaves the box.
Messaging channels: if you connect Telegram, WhatsApp, Gmail or Slack, messages pass through those providers under their own policies.

Your controls

Access and correction: ask us and we will correct account details.
Export: ask for a full export at any time — you receive a verified archive of your workspace database, agents, memory and configuration before anything is deleted.
Deletion: ask us to close the account. We take a final export, hand it to you (or hold it on your instruction), then erase the workspace and its agents. Some records (invoices) are retained because tax law requires it.
Marketing: we only email you about your service and its billing.

Security

Passwords are generated per workspace and delivered only to the address on the order. Payment screenshots are stored on the server and served only to an authenticated operator holding the console token. Backups and exports are integrity-checked. If a breach affects your data we will tell you without undue delay.

Children

The service is sold to businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
